Still being fairly new to the area, we did not have an established realtor or real estate company when it came time for us to sell. Our neighborhood had a newsletter in which Donna advertised and solicited her services, so we
decided to give her a try. Initial conversations with Donna via e-mail indicated that she was committed to her business, but not overly so that would deter one from listing with her. Though we were not ready to list right away, Donna kept in touch with us and guided us through the process, so that when we did list, we were fully prepared. She was fully aware of our expectations and never did we feel that she was trying to pressure us into something we did not want to do. Within two weeks of listing our house, we had an offer, for which Donna worked with the offering agent to negotiate an acceptable price. She then worked on the other end to find suitable properties for us to view, and guided us through the process of buying our new home. She consistently went above and beyond the normal call of duty for a realtor, and kept in touch with us every step of the way. At closing time, unbeknownst to us, a potential snag in our buyers deal threatened to hinder the close of both properties, but Donna handled the issue with professionalism and did not burden us with the details. She was also able to refer to us an attorney, financier, home inspector, and carpet cleaners, all of whom provided the same level of service that we became accustomed to with Donna. We have spoken to several of our friends who may be interested in moving in the near future, and we have highly recommended using Donna and the Keller-Williams agency. We would certainly call upon her should we decide to move again."
