I made the decision to use Donna as my Realtor because I noticed the majority of homes for sale in Somerfield were listed by Donna. Since she is a resident herself I figured she would be knowledgeable regarding the value of my home and what was needed to get regarding the Homeowners Association. Donna proved just that along with being very professional, friendly, and honest about every aspect of selling my home.
